Welcome to Zygma. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zygma’s website, platform, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of Services and Accounts
Zygma provides AI infrastructure designed to enable users to deploy, run, and manage artificial intelligence models and related workloads. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality, security, or availability of the platform, or interfere with other users.
Access to certain features may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Zygma is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if we determine that your use violates these Terms, creates risk for Zygma or other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Fees, Payments, and Platform Usage
Some features of the Services may require payment, subscription, or the purchase of usage credits. By purchasing or using paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or pricing pages. Fees are generally non refundable except where required by law.
Zygma may modify pricing, introduce new fees, or change billing structures in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Data, Intellectual Property, and Platform Rights
Zygma retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, infrastructure, designs, trademarks, and related technology. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services, but only a limited right to access and use them in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data, models, prompts, or other content that you submit to or run on the platform. By using the Services, you grant Zygma a limited, non exclusive, and revocable license to process and store such content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying technology of the platform except as permitted by law.
Availability, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability
Zygma provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable and secure infrastructure, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times. The platform may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zygma disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
In no event shall Zygma be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Zygma’s total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zygma in the twelve months preceding the claim.
General Terms
You may stop using the Services at any time. Zygma reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms or risks to the platform or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Zygma may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
